The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has announced the exam schedule for NIOS vocational public examinations in 2024. According to the dates on the sheet, the theory tests for vocational courses are scheduled to start on November 21 2023.
“The public examination for Vocational Training Courses (Theory) in NIOS October/November 2023 will begin on November 21st 2023 at the designated examination centers in India. The date sheet of Theory Examination is available at NIOS website www.nios.ac.in and https://voc.nios/ac.in. ” is the official statement of NIOS.
Students who are preparing for these NIOS examinations ,it is vital to remain up-to-date with the exam timetable and, alongside releasing the dates sheet In addition, in addition to releasing the date sheet, National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) has also issued hall tickets for the coming examinations for vocational courses’ public examinations. To get your NIOS admit card for the public exam you need to sign in with your username and password. It is important to remember that these tests begin at 2:30 pm on the exam dates you have specified.
According to the NIOS schedule for October-November 2023, the tests will start on November 21 and continue through December 1.
In a separate news update NIOS is adjusting the dates for the Class 10 and 12 exam. The exams were originally scheduled for November 7 within Chhattisgarh in Chhattisgarh and Mizoram due to the state elections for the assembly. The postponed NIOS exams for Class 10 and 12 tests for 2023 will be conducted in November 9. In general, NIOS typically releases the results about seven weeks after the end of the previous exam date.

The National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS) was previously known under the name of National Open School (NOS) was founded in the month of November 1989. It is an autonomous organisation, which was established in line to the National Policy on Education of 1986. NIOS is under the aegis of the Ministry of Education (MOE) and is a government-owned entity in India. Association of Indian Universities, via letter No. EV/11(354)/9125 July 1991, was issued Equivalence to Senior Secondary Certificate Examination of NIOS.
NIOS is an independent organization that is registered in accordance with the Societies’ Registration Act (1860). The headquarters for NIOS is located in A-24/25 of the institutional Area Sector-62 NOIDA (U.P.). The policies of NIOS are developed through its General Body, which is headed by the Minister of Union for Human Resources Development.
